BB&K was established in Riverside, California more than 130 years ago and continues to grow nationally, with offices across the West Coast, Pacific Northwest and in Washington, D.C. We deliver effective, timely and service-oriented solutions to complex legal issues facing public agencies, businesses and individuals across the U.S. and internationally.

Work From Anywhere Program

At BB&K, we give our people the flexibility to work from wherever they work best, to ensure they can enjoy a healthy life balance and maximize their impact. In line with our forward-thinking philosophies, BB&K formally implemented a permanent Work From Anywhere (WFA) program. We are proud to be one of a very few law firms that offers this benefit, and our leadership has taken great strides to provide flexibility while maintaining a collaborative and collegial work environment.

Through WFA, attorneys and staff can choose to work primarily in a BB&K office with a dedicated desk/office/workstation, or to work primarily remotely/in a home office with approval from a supervisor. Remote attorneys and staff can book “hotel” office space using the firm’s reservation system as needed. Individuals who primarily work remotely are also eligible to receive additional home office equipment and technologies, an ergonomic assessment of their home work environment, a monthly stipend to defray the cost of office supplies and more.

In conjunction with WFA and parallel to the firm’s growth, BB&K has invested in numerous new technologies that enhance efficiency, build connection and enrich communication. These new technologies help to ensure that WFA is a success, our people are fulfilled and our culture continues to flourish from coast to coast.
