Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive, lockstep compensation based on your class year, with annual raises effective every January 1. After six months, you will be eligible for our bonus system, which rewards excellence and results. In addition, partners may award "spot bonuses" throughout the year to recognize exceptional performance, diligence, and outstanding results.
