Litigation 
We are experienced trial lawyers with an established track record of successfully defending, prosecuting and resolving trial and appellate matters in state and federal courts, and major arbitration forums. Our team includes former in-house counsel of public companies, federal and New York State prosecutors, SEC trial and enforcement lawyers, and a former Kings County (Brooklyn) District Attorney.
