Litigation Associate
The Denver office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking a litigation associate to work on a broad range of complex litigation including product liability, class action, data privacy, commercial and general liability litigation matters. We are seeking candidates with 3 - 5 years of Colorado-focused litigation experience. Candidates with experience in insurance coverage litigation is a plus. Former federal clerk experience is a definite plus. Candidates should have excellent writing and research skills and thrive in a collaborative environment. We do complex, cutting-edge work in jurisdictions across the country and have a deep commitment to providing opportunities for associates to gain significant case management and courtroom experience.

In accordance with applicable law, the annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 - $350,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
