Job Description

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well qualified mid-level ERISA Litigation associate (2+ years) to join its Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Miami, St. Louis, or Washington, DC office.

Qualified candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Complex Litigation experience
  • Experience working with experts
  • Experience handling motions, depositions, and assisting in all stages of discovery, class certification, and trial work
  • Highly developed research and writing skills
  • Second chair trial responsibilities for ERISA fiduciary breach lawsuits
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
