Job Description

The Atlanta office of Bryan Cave LLP is seeking to hire a Counsel in our Private Client Group, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience. The primary responsibilities of the position include legal counsel in trusts & estates matters including estate planning, estate, gift and income taxation, document drafting, probate and estate administration, trust administration, estate and trust litigation support, charitable entity formation and tax-related advice, and business succession planning. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and interpersonal and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, superb writing skills, a strong work ethic, and a demonstrated desire to pursue a long term career in a trusts and estates practice in a large law firm setting. Personal service and attention to individual, business, and family circumstances are hallmarks of Bryan Cave’s Private Client practice. Members of the Group counsel and represent clients throughout the United States and Europe, ranging from individuals, families, and closely-held businesses to major trust and charitable institutions. Must be licensed in Georgia. LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus.
