Job Description

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well qualified 3rd or 4th year associate to join our Employment and Labor team in Irvine or Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• At least three years of experience with single-plaintiff cases and wage and hour class/PAGA actions, including written discovery, depositions, and motion writing experience.
• Successful applicants will have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Other requirements include California Bar membership, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.

This position is open to applicants in Irvine and Los Angeles.

Pursuant to the California pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for an Associate with two or more years of experience. At the time of posting, the estimated California range is $215,000 to $360,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule.
