Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Litigation associate with three years of experience to join the Atlanta office. If you are the ideal candidate, you will have experience in the following areas:

  • Complex litigation experience within a big law firm setting and/or clerkship experience
  • Experience handling motions, depositions, and assisting in all stages of discovery, appellate and trial work
  • General knowledge of Business & Commercial Disputes

Candidates also should have:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
  • Experience in attending and presenting during court hearings, including federal and state courts.
