Job Description
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified litigation associate (three to five years of experience) to join its nationally recognized Commercial Disputes practice in the San Francisco, California office. The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of a broad array of litigation including product liability, financial services litigation, consumer arbitrations, appeals, and data privacy.
Successful applicants must have strong academic credentials, highly developed research and writing skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility with a client-focused attitude. We offer the opportunity to defend global companies with complex, cutting-edge legal issues in all aspects of case development, including trial. We are looking for applicants that have complex litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions and law and motion and can run a case from inception.

Pursuant to the California pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for an Associate with three or more years of experience. At the time of posting, the estimated California range is $215,000 to $360,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule.
