Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associates (four to six years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in our Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will have:
Sophisticated law firm experience on M&A, leveraged buyouts, corporate governance, and complex commercial transactions
Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors
Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility
A desire to work in a collegial, team-based practice involving the interaction and coordination with subject matter experts throughout the Firm
ESOP M&A experience or an interest in ESOP M&A would be a plus
