Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a Practice Group Attorney to join the Real Estate Department of our Washington, DC office. The Practice Group attorney position is a non-Shareholder track position; it is full-time with benefits. This position is open to all levels of experienced attorneys and is flexible in that if one decides that they would like to be put on Shareholder track consideration, it is possible.

Job Requirements

This position will support the Real Estate team working on complex commercial real estate transactions and closings. The ideal candidate should have experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contracts to loans through closing and post-closing. Additionally, the candidate will have significant experience with commercial real estate due diligence, including title and survey reviews and opinions of titles. Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven ability to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment is essential. Candidates should have a strong academic history and excellent written and verbal communication skills; they should also be highly detail-oriented. Washington, DC bar preferred.
