Job Description

Greenberg Traurig currently has multiple full-time employment opportunities for associates to join our Energy & Project Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group, working on tax equity, debt, and development transactions focused in the alternative and renewable energy space. We are seeking finance associates with at least one to three years of transactional experience.

Our ideal candidates will have familiarity with alternative and renewable energy transactions involving tax equity financings, but we are interested in talking to candidates that have an interest in pursuing this exciting field of law.

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail- oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the DC Bar.
