Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Corporate/Securities

Job Description

We are seeking an associate for the Corporate group in the New York office with a minimum of 4 years of experience in capital markets/securities, including securities offerings and ’34 Act reporting.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $295,000 to $400,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
