Mid-Level Associate, Litigation

Job Description

Seeking Litigation mid-level associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a major law firm. Our ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial litigation, and/or securities litigation, mergers & acquisitions/corporate governance litigation, SEC enforcement and antitrust/unfair competition litigation.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $370,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
