Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level associate for our growing insurance and insurtech practice. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of directly relevant experience. Our practice focuses on transactions and regulatory matters at the intersection of insurance, finance, and technology innovation. The associate will work on a range of insurance regulatory matters across all lines of insurance and will work closely with tech companies, software companies, brokers, captives, venture capital, private equity and other entities with a global reach. The position will also involve creating new embedded insurance products, and M&A, captive formation, and other transactions related to the insurance industry. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must be a member of the Bar for the jurisdiction for which they are applying.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$250,000 – $345,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
