Mid-Level Associate, Health Care Regulatory

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Health Sciences Department is hiring a mid-level level transactional associate to handle health care regulatory work in its bustling life sciences practice. The associate could be resident in any of our office locations. Candidates must have at least 4 to 5 years of health care regulatory experience.

Candidates must have experience with federal laws that govern the health care industry, including Stark, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the False Claims Act. Candidates should also have stellar academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our lawyers have collaborated with each other and with clients throughout the health sciences spectrum to provide bespoke solutions and achieve remarkable success.

The salary range for this position is $275,000 – $305,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
