Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Intellectual Property practice group has an immediate need for an Attorney with 3 – 7+ years of experience to join any of our offices, with a preference for our Atlanta office. Candidates must have hands-on litigation experience, excellent credentials, and stellar written and verbal communication skills. Qualified candidates will have experience in trademark and copyright litigation with a focus on helping clients monetize, protect, and maximize their brand recognition in the marketplace. Experience working with clients through the process of brand protection; including registration, drafting licensing agreements and enforcement; and continuing through the lifecycle of litigation.

Candidates must be currently licensed in the U.S. and in good standing in the state they wish to practice, or eligible to waive-in. They must possess excellent academic credentials and superior writing skills.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $230,000, dependent on years and scope of experience and geographic location.
