Junior/Mid-Level Associate, Construction (Transactional & Litigation)

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s nationally recognized Construction practice group is seeking an associate for the New York office. The Chambers-ranked practice represents real estate developers in both contract negotiation and dispute resolution, including for some of the largest projects in the United States. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 6 years of relevant construction or real estate experience. While prior transactional experience is preferred, candidates with complex commercial litigation experience will also be considered. Candidates should also have strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State bar in good standing.

The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $330,000 dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
