Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an attorney to join our team. The ideal candidates will be barred in Nevada and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. Consumer finance experience preferred. Experience with the following is a plus:

• Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA)
• Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)

Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Nevada bar. The firm requires attorneys be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live.

Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing.
