IP Attorney, Health Sciences (Biology)

Job Description

Troutman Pepper is seeking an Attorney to join our Health Sciences Intellectual Property Practice Group resident in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years experience with patent preparation and prosecution counseling. A PhD in a biological discipline, such as biochemistry, cell or molecular biology, genetics, immunology, large molecules or pharmacology, is preferred.

This team works with clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and life sciences fields. Successful applicants will be adaptable, possess strong writing skills, strong attention to detail and be committed to excellence in practice and the growth of their team.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $200,000 dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
