Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Labor & Employment Practice Group seeks to hire an associate with 2 to 4 years’ experience in employment-related litigation, to be based in our Orange County office. The ideal candidate will have a record of distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communication skills, and demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service.

Candidates must be licensed in the U.S. and in good standing in the state they wish to practice, or eligible to gain admission to the state in which they wish to practice, if relocation is desired.

The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $275,000 dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
