Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Real Estate

Job Description

Herrick is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 4 years’ general real estate experience for our New York, NY office. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for client development.

Experience with commercial acquisition, leasing, joint venture, real estate finance, and/or development experience is preferred. Applicants must be admitted in New York State. Candidates with excellent writing and drafting skills, analytical ability, and the ability to take initiative and self-direct are ideal.

The salary range for this position is $270,000 – $295,000. Actual salary within this range will depend upon actual years out of law-school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
