Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

Job Description

Herrick is seeking a senior level associate attorney with at least five years of commercial lending and corporate finance experience for its New York, NY or Newark, New Jersey office. Excellent writing and drafting skills, analytical ability, and the ability to take initiative and self-direct are considered valuable. Experience with commercial lending is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging commercial finance matters which include but are not limited to syndicated loans, secured and unsecured loans, and subscription lending. This opportunity provides ample opportunities for client development. Law firm experience is preferred. Must be admitted in New York State.

The salary range for this position is $265,000-$340,000. Actual salary within this range will depend upon actual years out of law-school, experience, writing sample, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
