Orrick currently has an opportunity for an attorney to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice open to any of our US office locations. We are looking for an attorney with four to eight years of experience in the areas of energy projects work relating to renewables and energy storage, and specifically focused on energy offtake work including one or more of: renewable energy power purchase agreements (both physical and virtual and both on the buy- and sell-side), corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, renewable energy credit agreements, hedging agreements, resource adequacy sales agreements, ISDAs and EEI agreements. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, relevant experience, primary work location, market data, and internal equity. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.

Here are the targeted pay ranges based on a regular, full-time position in applicable Orrick office locations, including a National targeted pay range applicable to applicants who will work outside the locations described below:
Targeted Pay Range: California Major Markets* $295,000 – $415,000 | New York City $295,000 – $415,000 | National [including California Minor Markets**, Washington & Colorado] $295,000 – $415,000
*California Major Markets includes San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County
**California Minor Markets includes Sacramento
