Orrick’s Technology Companies Group is seeking an Associate with 5 to 6 years of experience with a passion for high-growth emerging technology businesses to join the Austin office.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in a major law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies. The role demands a highly driven individual with outstanding academic skills in both verbal, written communication, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The candidate would be resident in our Austin office. Membership to the Texas Bar is required.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is between $365,000 and $390,000.

This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
