Job Description
Cox, Castle & Nicholson is seeking associates with 3 – 5 years of real estate transactional experience. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, retail and/or office leasing, joint ventures, and/or financing, but experience in all areas is not required. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred. The anticipated base salary for this position is $215,000 – $250,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
