Job Description

We are seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join any of our California offices working on complex business litigation matters. We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment, significant early responsibility, as well as excellent advancement opportunities for associates. Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic qualifications, superb research and writing skills and experience draft pleadings, briefs and motions in state and federal court. Discovery experience, including depositions and drafting/arguing discovery motions, is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team, and be willing to take ownership over significant projects. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

The salary range for the position of 3-5 Year Associate at Nossaman is $180,000 to $220,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
