Mid-Level Associate, Transactional (Public Pensions & Investments Group)

Job Description

We are seeking a transactional associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our Public Pensions & Investments Group.

Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience. Experience with real estate transactions is helpful, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required.  Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

The salary range for the position of 3-5 Year Associate at Nossaman is $180,000 to $220,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
