Mid-Level Associate, Healthcare

Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level healthcare associate with a strong emphasis in managed care and at least 4 years of experience.

Attorneys who have worked for health plans, physician organizations, management services organizations, health care systems and/or hospitals are highly preferred.

Experience with the California Department of Managed Health Care, California Department of Health Care Services, Covered California and/or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is crucial.  Admission to the State Bar of California is required, but this position is available firmwide.

The salary range for the position of 3-5 Year Associate at Nossaman is $180,000 to $220,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
