Job Description

Nossaman LLP is seeking an employment litigation associate with 3-5 years of employment law experience to join any of the Firm’s California offices. Candidates must be excellent writers and have significant experience in employment litigation, including ideally having defended against both class action lawsuits and single plaintiff employment disputes, with an in-depth understanding of applicable federal and California state laws and regulations. Outstanding research and analytical skills, along with strong academic credentials, are essential. All qualified candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California. The salary range for the position of 3-5 Year Associate at Nossaman is $180,000 to $220,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
