Dykema’s Corporate Finance practice seeks an associate with 4-6 years of experience for its San Antonio office. Candidates must have experience with mergers and acquisitions, drafting acquisition agreements and related ancillary documents, and general corporate representation, including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, and customer and supplier relationships. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
Must already be admitted to or eligible to immediately waive into the Texas bar.
