Dykema Gossett PLLC, a national law firm, is looking for an attorney with 4-6+ years of transactional experience for our Corporate Finance practice group. The ideal candidate’s practice will focus on financing transactions, with significant experience representing lenders and/or borrowers, in a wide variety of industries in connection with acquisition financings, recapitalizations and restructurings. A working knowledge of general corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, customer agreements and day-to-day operations, is a plus. Other requirements for this position include attention to detail, superior organizational skills, adapting to rapidly changing circumstances and competing priorities with relative ease, and the ability to quickly learn substantive legal topics. The attorney is also expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
