Mid-Level Construction Litigation Associate

4-5 years of experience

San Francisco, Walnut Creek, San Rafael, Sacramento, Los Angeles
Flexibility to work remotely (Hybrid)

Our Chambers USA Band 1 ranked construction team is seeking a mid-level construction litigation associate with 4-5 years of litigation experience to join the team. Ideal candidates will have experience working on complex construction matters as well as experience with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, deposition experience, court appearances, mediation, and trial. In addition, ideal candidates will have a general working knowledge of claims regarding delay and impact, design errors and omissions, and construction defects. Experience in construction is not required, but it is preferred. Complex litigation experience is required. This position may be based in any of Hanson Bridgett’s five offices with the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized, and detail oriented and are looking towards a partnership with Hanson Bridgett.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $200,000 and $210,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
