Attorney, Commercial Litigation

Cozen O’Connor is seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join the firm’s Miami or Boca Raton office as a Department Attorney. A fully remote position is also available for qualified FL-licensed attorneys. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of law firm experience litigating matters involving catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, dram shop, commercial and residential construction and property disputes, transportation & logistics, product liability, insurance, and other complex torts and business disputes. The candidate will have experience defending individual, insurance, and corporate clients. Qualified candidates will demonstrate proficiency in written and oral advocacy skills and excellent academic credentials. Deposition experience a plus. This is a non-partnership track position offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters and a reduced-hours schedule.
