Mid-Level Associate, Global Insurance Department

Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks an attorney with at least three years of significant insurance coverage experience. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. The candidate will have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. Applicable state bar admission required.

Our coverage team handles complex matters for insurance industry clients throughout the United States and around the world. We represent insurance clients in matters involving bad faith, casualty & specialty products, professional liability, property, and reinsurance.

The salary range for this position is $195,000-$220,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
