Member, Global Insurance Department

Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks a Member with at least 8 years of significant insurance defense experience to join the Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating wrongful death, premises liability, DRAM Shop and products liability claims, among a variety of other third party cases. The candidate will have experience taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, trials and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. NC Bar required.
