Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation

Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of four years of law firm litigation experience to join the firm’s Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation Practice Group in the Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated trial experience in the areas of complex litigation, construction, mass torts, toxic tort/environmental claims, and products liability. Candidates must have experience taking depositions and handling cases with limited supervision. Trial experience is a plus but more important is experience deposing doctors and opposing party experts. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to Georgia required.
