Mid-Level Associate, Patent Litigation

Cozen O’Connor is seeking an associate attorney to join our Patent Litigation Group in our Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, an excellent academic record, and strong analytical and writing skills. The candidate must also have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a similar discipline. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with district court litigation and/or post grant proceedings before the PTAB.

Cozen O’Connor represents diverse clients, from global blue chips to family-owned enterprises, in complex patent matters, including federal district court litigation, global patent prosecution, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and International

Trade Commission (ITC) litigation.
