Attorney, Global Insurance Litigation

Cozen O’Connor seeks two attorneys with at least five years of law firm litigation experience to join the firm’s Global Insurance Practice Group in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated trial experience in the areas of complex litigation, construction, mass torts, toxic tort/environmental claims, and products liability. Candidates must have a proven record of trying cases through verdict, be capable of working independently and collaboratively, have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to New York required.

Our practice areas include Bad Faith, Casualty & Specialty Lines Coverage, Professional Liability Insurance Coverage, Property, Reinsurance, and Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation.

The salary range for this position is $200,000-$240,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
