Associate, Global Insurance Litigation

Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department is looking to add two attorneys to its insurance defense team. This position offers an opportunity to work remotely from Galveston, TX. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of significant defense experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims. The candidate will have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. Texas Bar required.
