Attorney, Global Insurance Litigation

Cozen O’Connor seeks an attorney with 10-15 years of experience in defending high-exposure product liability, professional liability and mass tort cases, with demonstrable trial experience to join the firm’s Global Insurance Practice Group in our Miami or West Palm Beach office. Candidates must have experience taking depositions and handling cases with limited supervision. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to Florida bar required.

Cozen O’Connor’s global insurance attorneys handle all manner of litigation on behalf of sophisticated corporate entities, including class actions, mass torts, and consolidated federal multidistrict litigation. We have experience in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels around the country, and our attorneys are routinely selected to serve as lead trial counsel and/or national coordinating counsel.
