Job Description
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a stellar mid-level associate for our Mergers & Acquisitions practice, focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Candidates should have experience as a lead associate managing transactions and drafting definitive agreements as well as knowledge handling all other aspects of a transaction. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the California Bar, and have excellent credentials. Candidates will be considered for Palo Alto or San Francisco.

Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $215,000 to $415,000, depending upon class year.
