Associate, Construction/Complex Litigation

The Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with 4-6 years of complex litigation experience to join its construction law group. We are looking for academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience. The successful candidate will assume responsibility in an active and diverse construction practice involving complex litigation and transactions. Specific experience in construction law and litigation is preferred and engineering, architecture or construction management experience is a plus. The associate will work closely with construction litigation shareholders who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Must have a juris doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Tennessee Bar.
