Attorney, Litigation (Non-Track)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an attorney with a minimum of two years of litigation experience in the areas of general commercial litigation, civil litigation, and/or insurance defense for a non-shareholder track position. Creditor’s rights and lending default litigation experience would be a plus, but not a requirement. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and analytical aptitude with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. We seek a bright, hardworking attorney with good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. South Carolina law license is required.
