Senior Associate/Partner, Health Care Lending

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a junior partner or senior associate level attorney with significant lending experience to join its Health Law practice group. Experience in health care lending, commercial lending, seniors housing and long term care transactional, and/or real estate transactional experience would be particularly valuable. We seek a bright, hardworking attorney with good judgment and a track record of success. Academically distinguished applicants with excellent legal writing and analytical skills are sought to become full team members in a vibrant transactional practice. Partner level candidates will not be required to bring a self-sustaining book of business. The primary team members working with this position are in Chattanooga and other offices of the firm, but the location of the position is flexible.
