Associate/Counsel/Shareholder – Insurance Coverage

Baker Donelson seeks an insurance coverage attorney with tort litigation experience for a senior associate, of counsel or shareholder position. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing skills, and experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts; and running files autonomously are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. Trial experience in state and federal court is preferred. The attorney will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact.
