Junior/Mid-Level Associate, Construction

Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate to join its Construction Group in its Boston, MA or Hartford, CT offices.

Our Construction Group comprises skilled litigators and transactional attorneys—a combination of talent that affords our clients a breadth of experience and depth. Our lawyers handle a broad range of issues involved in construction projects, including contract procurement and delivery, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts, and claims and dispute resolution. We work on all types of construction projects, including commercial and industrial buildings, roads, bridges, power, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience with commercial, business, or construction litigation matters. Top academic credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are required.

Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required for this role; candidates barred in both MA and CT are preferred. Please note that all R+C attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.
