Associate, Health Law

Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a mid-level associate to join the Health Law Practice Group in its Hartford or Boston offices.

Robinson+Cole's Health Law Group consists of a team of experienced health care lawyers trained to advise clients on meeting business objectives within the confines of a complicated legal and regulatory environment. Each member of the Health Law Group understands the urgency of our clients' issues, the complexity of an evolving health care environment, and the challenges of competition, regulation, and resource allocation. We are focused on providing practical and responsive counsel to our clients. We represent the spectrum of health care clients, including health systems, hospitals, clinical laboratories, hospice and home care providers, behavioral health care providers, provider networks, durable medical equipment suppliers, ambulatory surgical centers, physicians and other individual providers, clinics, and outpatient facilities.  We also represent, and actively work with, investors, lenders, investment banks and other intermediaries and advisors in the health care space.

Qualified candidates will have three to five years of experience advising health care providers on transactional and regulatory health law issues. In addition, qualified candidates must have excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials. Top academic credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.

Please note that all R+C attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.
