Qualifications
The Health Care & Life Sciences Practice Group seeks an experienced health care regulatory, reimbursement and / or fraud & abuse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance matters. The candidate should have experience analyzing healthcare regulatory, reimbursement and / or fraud and abuse issues and preparing regulatory compliance guidance for health care and life sciences organizations. Experience with health care and life sciences transactions is strongly preferred. Candidate should possess outstanding analytical and writing skills and a desire to join a growing, dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area. A record of high academic achievement and law firm experience is required.
Associate Base Salary
Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
