Qualifications
The Health Care & Life Sciences Practice Group seeks an experienced health care regulatory, reimbursement and / or fraud & abuse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience with health care regulatory, reimbursement, and /or fraud & abuse regulation. Policy, advocacy, and compliance experience with (1) CMS coding, coverage, and payment, and / or (2) healthcare fraud and abuse (eg, anti-kickback / Stark), is required. Experience with reimbursement matters involving commercial payors is preferred. Prior involvement in health system and growth and / or private equity health care and life sciences transactions is strongly preferred. Compelling work experience required. Candidate should possess outstanding analytical and client communication skills and a desire to join a growing, dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area. A record of high academic achievement and law firm experience is required.
Associate Base Salary
Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
